To initiate a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these criteria.
Once a refund request is approved, customers can expect the refund to be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Customers should allow additional time for their bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
